Regrowing Spring Onions

I learned about regrowing spring onions years ago, but never really thought to do it until it became a recent Quarantine trend. I tried it out, and a week later, it grew so much. I find it almost life-changing and love that I always have these on hand.

It was easy to do - all you have to do is save the ends, the bulbs attached to the roots, and submerge it in a vessel of water. A day later, you should have some new growth at the top.

There is maintenance required, which involves replacing the after with fresh water every day.
