Herb Baked Eggs

Thanks to Imperfect Foods delivery this week, I was able to make my favorite, go-to breakfast: Herbed Baked Eggs with a side of fruit and toast. It’s so easy and all you have to do is turn the broiler on, throw the pan in and set it and forget it. This was based off of Ina Garton’s Herbed-Baked eggs, but since I don’t always have the exact ingredients, I modify it with different herbs and ingredients that are readily available. The main base involves eggs, heavy whipping cream, and butter or oil.

I like to switch up the herbs depending on what I have in my fridge/pantry. Sometimes I’ll only have dried thyme or dried rosemary, other times I’ll use dill. No matter which herbs I use, I always sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning on top. Original recipe here.
